Shipping Information

All our art works are printed to order. Please allow 21 - 28 days for shipping

Some countries may charge duty and taxes on your order. Please be aware that these costs are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer as appropriate.

If you wish to order to countries not listed on our website please email chat@jwfosterheritage.com as we do offer worldwide shipping.

Please note that if you try to order more than 2 books at once the order will give a £0.00 shipping fee but this is not the case. Orders over 2 books must have shipping quoted separately.

We ship United Kingdom orders via the Royal Mail Signed For Service

We ship International orders via the United Kingdom Royal Mail Standard International Service

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. However if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return it to us within 28 working days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

You have 7 days, from receipt of goods, to notify us and you must return goods at your own cost within 14 days of receiving the item.

If you wish to organise a return, exchange or refund of any item, please contact us at info@jwfosterheritage.com and we will provide you with the relevant instruction.  Please quote your order number in your email message.

Please note that personalised signed copies of the Shoemaker cannot be refunded.

If any item is received damaged or faulty, you must please contact us within 48 hours at info@jwfosterheritage.com and we will provide you with the relevant instruction.  Please quote your order number in your email message.

You must return items unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging that you received them with. Please leave any labels attached. You should use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage as J W Heritage Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that go missing.
